FREIGHT
Your products are shipped out within 5-7 days upon clearing of your credit card due to an increase in fraud activity. If we are temporarily out-of-stock of an item you have ordered, we will contact you via email or phone for your alternatives.
Jazzy Fresh, Inc. ships all US bound package orders via UPS Ground or US Postal Service. UPS does not ship to a PO Box or a Military APO adress. Foreign bound orders are currently not available in most cases due to custom regulations on products. If you package is lost and verified by the Postal Service or UPS, then we will re-ship your order if it is not recovered within 10 days.
Shipping and Handling costs are extra and are calculated after you have made your shopping selections.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you will be issued a refund or credit per your request. Please send the contents to:

LOST OR STOLEN CARD
We take extra precaution when dealing with your credit card. However, there are times when things are beyond our control. If your card is lost or stolen and someone makes a purchase, we will credit your account for the amount of the purchase. This process can take up to 14 days.
CERTIFIED MONEY ORDERS AND BUSINESS CHECKS
Your products will be shipped out after your money order or check has cleared, usually 7-10 business days. Please include S&H charges. Send your money order or check to:

RETURN & CREDIT POLICY
If you are NOT completely delighted with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 14 days and you will get a full refund. If after 14 days, you will be issued store credit or an exchange. Returns are usually processed 7-10 business days. Return all used and unused bottles to:
