  1. Are the products environmentally safe?
    Yes, they are. We have passed the industry's highest standards. Although it is an oil-based product, it evaporates quickly in the air.

  2. Is alcohol in it?
    No, our products are free of alcohol.

  3. Are the bottles recyclable?
    Absolutely! Just save your empty bottles in your glass recycling container.

  4. Is the product flammable?
    No, our products pose no potential fire hazards.

  5. Can you dilute it?
    Yes, you can dilute with water to create a mist. Add 3 parts water to 1 part fragrance. However, for a longer lasting effect, use it as it is.

  6. What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
    DISCLAIMER: Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive skin. Keep away from leather, vinyl and delicate surfaces. Keep out of reach of children. Persons with asthma, allergies or any other respiratory conditions should not use this product. If swallowed or inhaled, seek medical attention.

  7. Do we ship out of the United States?
    Jazzy J's Air Fresh'ners ships all US bound orders via UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service. Foreign bound orders are currently not available due to custom regulations regarding products.

  8. How long does the smell last?
    The product is 100% concentrated. Per one ounce size in your car, home or office, the fragrance air freshener lasts for several days.
